How to Use

Wash and dry your face before application.

Apply a small amount as a thin layer to the affected areas once daily at night, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Avoid applying to the eyes, lips, nostrils, and broken or irritated skin.

Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning and minimize sun exposure while using this cream.

Important Notes

This cream is intended for short-term use

Mild redness, dryness, or irritation may occur when starting treatment.

Do not use on large areas of skin or for longer than recommended, as prolonged use of hydroquinone may increase the risk of side effects, including a rare condition called ochronosis (blue-black skin discoloration).

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a healthcare provider.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Unlike combination creams such as Melacare or Tri-Luma, Melalite Forte contains hydroquinone only. It targets pigmentation and dark spots but does not contain a retinoid or a steroid, so it is often combined with other skincare products under medical supervision for the treatment of melasma and hyperpigmentation.
